DRAM Engineer

Acceler8 Talent is looking for an experienced DRAM Engineer to join a ground-breaking AI start-up in the Bay Area. As a member of this highly motivated team, you would collaborate with design and verification teams to optimize memory controllers and PHYs, perform DRAM simulations, and oversee HBM silicon and package testing.

This role may be ideal for you if you have:
- Knowledge of DRAM architectures and memory organization
- Experience with DRAM simulation and interface verification (HBM2E/HBM3 PHY, Memory Controller)
- Validated SoC memory controller and PHY integration
- 5+ years of work experience as a Hardware Engineer/Design Verification Engineer
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related
Base salary: $215,000-$235,000
